*We kindly inform you that the credit card used to make your reservation will be requested upon arrival.

Check in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is at 12 pm. For early check-in or late check-out please contact us in advanced.

Arrivals after 2.00 am without prior notification to the hotel will be considered as no show.

Not included: Touristic lodgement tax – 4,40€ per night per person.

FLEXIBLE RATE

Deposit’s policy: no deposits will be charged untill arrival date. Payment of the reservation will be made at check-in.

Cancellation policy: Reservations could be cancelled without applying cancellation charges with a previous notification of at least 72 hours prior to arrival date at 3pm.

Amendments policy: bookings modified out of the corresponding cancellation deadline (72hrs) will incur a 100% expense.

100% cancellation charges will be applied as penalty for non-show arrivals/bookings; in addition, the booking will be cancelled automatically by our computer system.

SEMI FLEXIBLE RATE 

Deposit’s policy: payment of the first night will be made as a non-refundable deposit. The outstanding amount will be charged 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy: In case of canceling the reservation, the expenses will be those incurred to date.

Amendments policy: no amendments on the initial booking dates will be allowed, any change done in booking will be considered in any case as a cancellation of the booking. In order to make an extension of the booking the rate active in that moment will be applied to the new extended nights.
