Humo’s menu fuses exquisite smoked meats with exotic elements, such as banana leaves, and masterful creations based on corn with nods to Mexican, Peruvian and Thai cuisine.

Select meats, carefully matured between 14 and 21 days, are presented in cuts that celebrate Spanish, Argentinian and American tradition. The elements of the earth are the protagonists.
